Hello,
It is nice to see a blog concerning Anoka County (followed you through myspace). I can’t help but feel sad that anokacityforum is so… not full of content. I want to put a phpBB forum there, but I need to contact the owner of the site first. Do you have any idea who runs it? There is no contact information on it, and whois does not return any information about him.

Here’s the catch. I’m not sure which website you’re talking about. There are kind of two sites with this name (or at least refer to themselves under that name), both with opposing views. One site reveals the other site’s publisher and operator, but neither post any information as to who they are.
http://www.anokacityforum.com/ seems to be under construction and will probably include more information about who owns and operates it.
http://anokacityblogs.typepad.com/ seems to have been up and running for some time now and currently, they don’t seem to want to reveal their identity.
At any rate, I have no proof or valid way to point you in the right direction. I too have done the whois search and wound up a little frustrated with the lack of information I was hoping to turn up.
